About the Role:

Unity Healthcare Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced and SACT-trained Community Chemotherapy Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering chemotherapy treatments with a focus on safety and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administer chemotherapy treatments to patients in a community setting with minimal supervision.
* Assess, plan, and implement patient care independently, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
* Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, promoting a collaborative approach to care.
* Manage your schedule and workload efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting patient needs.

Requirements:

* SACT training and certification (mandatory).
* Experience in administering chemotherapy independently, with a strong understanding of safety protocols.
* Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in complex situations.
* Access to a car and valid full UK drivers license, ensuring flexibility and mobility in your role.
