Job Title: Chemotherapy Nurse

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team on a temporary contract. As an Agency Chemotherapy Nurse, you will provide oncology patients with a range of treatments in their own homes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Chemotherapy Nurse to work with our agency, covering the Newcastle area. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a nationally recognised specialist provider of Cancer Care, providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oncology patients with a range of treatments in their own homes
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience working as a Chemotherapy Nurse in a community setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
