At Cosine Group, we are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with Sales and Development teams within new build developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver coverage in line with or above expected calls per day
  • Enhance awareness and enthusiasm for Hyperoptic's services among sales teams by delivering tailored presentations, training sessions, and providing the latest product information
  • Research sites in your given call file and create coverage plans to ensure successful delivery of the activity
  • Collect net promoter scores from the sites visited to prove impact of training
  • Gather insights from on-site teams and communicate them back to Hyperoptic to help refine offerings, messaging, and support tools

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in training, field sales, or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications, real estate, or new build development sectors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on creating long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and take initiative in driving results
  • Willingness to travel regularly to various sites within the assigned region
