We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused manager to join our supported housing team at Trent and Dove Housing Careers. As an Independent Living New Services Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating, facilitating, and managing the development, implementation, and mobilization of new Independent Living services across our communities.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across Trent & Dove to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Establish active customer forums to shape service delivery and drive service excellence.
  • Liaise and negotiate with external organizations and partners as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new Independent Living services that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Housing, Social Care).
  • Proven experience in service delivery and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
