Support and Development Manager for Children

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Family Safeguarding team in Peterborough. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering life-changing results and will be responsible for working with a diverse range of stakeholders to promote the welfare and well-being of children.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with co-located teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Hold a caseload of Children in need, Child protection, and court cases.
- Make important decisions and solve challenging situations.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive market-leading salary of £43,156 - £49,958 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous retention bonus and relocation package. You will also receive a disturbance allowance and lodging allowance for up to six months.
