Adult Safeguarding Social Worker Opportunity

The Talent Crowd is recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join an Adult Safeguarding Team in Bolton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and well-being.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of adult safeguarding principles and practices. You will work closely with the team to assess and manage risks, develop and implement care plans, and provide support to individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage risks to vulnerable adults
  • Develop and implement care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals
  • Work closely with the team to provide support and guidance to individuals and their families
  • Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of adult safeguarding principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong assessment and planning skills
