">Salary: £23,000 (base salary) + performance-related bonuses
">In this role, you'll be working with customers across the entire customer lifecycle, providing outstanding service and educating them on our Plan Zero mission and decarbonisation of their homes.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- Engage with customers through phone, email, and web chat contacts">
- Quickly understand customer queries and take ownership for solving them first time to prevent repeat contact">
- Coach your teammates in areas where you have deeper knowledge or skill">
- Autonomously manage your day to ensure overall squad objectives are achieved">
- Prepare and actively contribute to meetings as appropriate">
- Identify and implement continuous improvement efforts">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced customer service environment and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service and continuous improvement.
">You should also demonstrate our OVO values and be an advocate of Plan Zero.
