Customer Service Advisor

Job Summary:
As a Zero Carbon Living Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to OVO's customers across the entire customer lifecycle. You'll serve as a key point of contact for customers, resolving their queries and addressing their concerns in a timely and efficient manner. You'll also be responsible for informing and educating customers on OVO's Plan Zero mission and the decarbonization of their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with OVO's customers through various channels, including phone, email, and web chat.
- Quickly understand the root cause of customer contacts and take ownership of resolving queries first time to prevent repeat contact.
- Coach teammates on areas where you have a deeper level of knowledge or skill.
- Take ownership of the success of your squad, working collaboratively to achieve shared objectives.
- Autorously manage your day, ensuring the overall objectives of the squad are achieved.
- Prepare, attend, and actively contribute at meetings as appropriate.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement efforts in both squad ways of working and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced customer service environment and have a real passion for providing outstanding customer service.

- A competitive salary of £23,000, which will increase to £25,000 once your training and probation period are completed.
