About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team at Lookers Edinburgh Audi. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking and managing customer appointments, services, and repair work
- Providing expert advice on warranty cover and recommending additional parts and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction
- Liaising with the Aftersales department to coordinate appointments and schedules
- Managing high-volume customer interactions, including phone calls and online booking queries
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding turnaround times and ensuring timely updates
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems as necessary
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP or similar dealer systems
- Knowledge of essential dealer systems and processes
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and use initiative
