Reconciliation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reconciliation Manager to join our Revenue Accounting Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing key reconciliations connected with O2's customer billing, ensuring financial integrity and bringing insight into business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain key reconciliations connected with O2's customer billing
- Process and scrutinise feeds from billing systems to ensure financial integrity
- Execute month-end accounting, raising journals as necessary, and load balance sheet recs to Blackline tool
- Perform monthly SOX controls, resolving and explaining reconciliation items and loading evidence to Audit-board
- Act as main contact for collection bank accounts, dealing with queries and day-to-day issues
- Support periodic external audit requests, providing backup and explanations for sample data
- Supervise staff, setting objectives and managing day-to-day activities
- Work with partners to establish new streamlined reconciliation processes for 360 (new billing platform)
