Job Description
This Clinical Teaching Assistant role is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our clinical team and work closely with students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our students and helping them to overcome social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Working collaboratively with our clinical team to deliver targeted interventions.
- Providing pastoral care and emotional support to our students.
- Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including SEMH, ADHD, and communication challenges.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- An interest in working with children with autism, ADHD, and other learning or behavioural needs.
- Eagerness to gain hands-on experience in an SEN setting.
- The ability to commute to Bedford and work a full-time schedule.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £460-£500 per week, paid on a long-term contract basis. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
