Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our growing finance team in the Antrim area. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of the business.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to take on a leadership role and drive process improvement. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, mentoring junior finance staff, and supporting the finance director with budgeting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the financial operations of the business
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Mentor junior finance staff to develop their skills
- Support the finance director with budgeting and forecasting
- Drive process improvement to increase efficiency
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with a strong background in finance. You will also need excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
