Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at a leading construction company. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the production of accounts across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Finance Director to develop and implement long-term business and operational strategies.
- Provide commercial insights and support on various strategic and operational matters.
- Oversee comprehensive financial management, including cash flow management and contract cash flow tracking.
- Prepare necessary data for budgeting and forecasting based on current contract performance, market conditions, and commercial information.
- Ensure timely submission of all tax requirements, including PAYE, CIS, VAT, and Corporation Tax.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with proven management experience in a commercial environment. You will have experience of presenting financial information at senior level and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
