We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our growing finance team in the Antrim area. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the financial operations of the business, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Mentor junior finance staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Help drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Support the Finance Director in budgeting and forecasting.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) from practice or industry background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Confident leader.
