Deputy Nursery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at The Family Haven. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement educational programs
  • Support the key person with their children, ensuring their individual needs are met
  • Take responsibility in the absence of the manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of children and staff

Requirements:

  • Early Years Level 3 qualification or higher
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a childcare setting
  • Excellent understanding of safeguarding, child protection, EYFS, and wellbeing
