We are seeking an experienced Care Services Activity Lead to join our team at Hartford Care Ltd. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering activities that promote the physical and mental well-being of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include leading and organising activities, accompanying residents to events, and providing physical, social, emotional, and psychological activities. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of care and support.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. A flexible, hard-working, and caring attitude is essential, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and show care and compassion at all times.
