We are seeking a Service Desk Operations Manager to join our IT Service Centre in Camberley. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and ensuring that excellent customer service is provided consistently.

The key responsibilities of this role include managing new incidents, requests, and queries raised by customers across various platforms. This includes logging information via the dedicated online customer portal and following up actions in a timely manner.

A shift-based role with a 24/7 rotating shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off (07:00-19:00 rotating to 19:00-07:00) is required. The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
