About the Role

FluidOne is seeking an enthusiastic and keen individual to fill the position of Help Desk Engineer. As a first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for ensuring their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational. Your role will involve identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.

This on-site role is based in a modern co-working space in Camberley town centre. You will report directly to the Helpdesk Team Leader and work closely with partners and suppliers to bring about rapid resolutions to incidents.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
