IT Service Desk Technician

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Engineer to join our client's team in Camberley. In this hybrid role, you will work on-site and remotely, providing technical support and maintenance for desktop computers and other devices.

Key Responsibilities:- Providing technical support for Windows Desktops, Laptops, hardware, and software
- Assisting with Office 365 Administration tasks (User Accounts, Licenses, Permissions, Apps)
- Writing and maintaining user and system documentation
- Handling technical support calls in accordance with SLAs
- Managing a high volume of tickets daily
- Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Office 365
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Multitasking capabilities
- Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Attention to detail
The salary for this role is between £28,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include free onsite parking, private medical healthcare, death in service benefit, eye tests, contractual sick pay, and enhanced holiday entitlement increasing with years of service.
