Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme & Deployment Senior Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Climate Pledge team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to reduce carbon emissions and improve the sustainability of our last mile operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programmes to reduce carbon emissions and improve sustainability in our in-station and road operations.
- Work closely with operations, technology, finance, and deployment teams to identify and implement customer experience, sustainability, and cost-saving improvements.
- Lead and control the roadmap of assigned programmes, leveraging a broad operations and technical background to drive results.
- Analyse complex data and synthesise information into actionable improvement plans.
- Deliver results at scale, working effectively in a complex matrix organisation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be highly adaptable and able to navigate complex organisational structures.
