Bridges Electrical Engineers Limited is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team in the UK. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the HR function, developing and implementing HR strategies, and managing the HR Team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior HR role, managing a team effectively, familiar with IR35 rules and administration, employment law knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You will also be responsible for managing the HR budget, reporting against HR KPIs, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

We offer a competitive salary of £**45,000-£55,000 per annum**, plus benefits such as a Health cash plan, Standard Life Pension Scheme, and Employee Discount Scheme.
