Role Purpose

The role of Interim HR Manager will provide maternity cover for the current HR Manager and will work closely with the HRM over the next 5 months to ensure a smooth transition of duties. This is a full-time position for a fixed period of 9-10 months, working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the management of the Bridges HR Team and formulation of the annual HR Department business plan, as well as working with the Senior Leadership Team on HR and wider business projects to support business objectives and areas of focus.
