About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Creative Arts Therapist to lead our learning disability community team. As a specialist in arts therapies, you will design and deliver high-quality assessment and treatment programs that cater to the diverse needs of our service users.

In this role, you will supervise and support junior staff members, ensuring the highest standards of care and practice. Your expertise in clinical supervision and liaison with university training courses will be invaluable in shaping the future of our arts therapies service.

With a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork, you will work closely with adult care services, community nursing, and other providers to ensure seamless delivery of care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality arts therapies assessment and treatment programs.
  • SUPervise and support junior staff members.
  • Liaise with university training courses to develop the skills of future arts therapists.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
