Learning Disability Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Learning Disability Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, individualized care to service users with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop care plans that promote service user empowerment and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care services.
- Lead a nursing staff team in the absence of the Charge Nurse.
- RNMH/RNLD/RMN qualifications essential.
- Membership of professional bodies, such as NMC, required.
- Car driver or access to reliable transportation necessary.
