Care Support Specialist

Visiting Angels South Yorkshire is seeking a dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team.
About the role:
We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housework.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized care and support to clients with varying needs and abilities
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing meals and snacks that meet clients' dietary needs
- Providing companionship and social interaction to combat loneliness and isolation
- Assisting with light housework, such as laundry and cleaning
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' condition to our care team
Requirements:
- A caring and empathetic attitude, with a passion for delivering high-quality care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
- A valid UK driving license and use of a car
- Experience working in a care setting is not essential, as full training will be provided
