About the Job:

Our client, a highly reputable company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their finance team. This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:30am - 1:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices accurately and ensure correct coding
  • Handle weekly payments, including domestic and international transactions
  • Reconcile supplier statements and bank accounts regularly
  • Maintain accurate supplier records and resolve queries promptly

Requirements:

  • AAT part-qualified with at least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
