Job Title: CCTV Operator

As a CCTV Operator at OCS Group, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the security systems in a busy control room at a client site. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all electronic systems, intruder alarms, access control systems, processes, and procedures meet service levels and the security needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients, police, and other agencies as necessary to ensure effective communication and incident response.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incidents from the Control Room to ensure timely and effective response.
  • Monitor electronic security systems on site to detect and respond to potential security threats.
  • Produce reports on false alarms and response times to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of control room operations and security systems.
  • Knowledge of CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
  • SIA PSS (CCTV) licence is essential.
  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence is desirable.
