**Job Summary**
The Novalis Trust is a charity that supports children and adults with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties and other learning needs. We are seeking a skilled Clinical & Therapy Assistant to join our team at Cotswold Chine School and surrounding homes.
Main Responsibilities
- Support children in their therapy goals and participate in group sessions.
- Implement skills and therapy programmes as directed by the therapist.
- Assist with individual strategies in workshops to support development.
About the Role
This role would suit a graduate in psychology or health and social care sciences. You will work closely with therapists to provide therapeutic input in various settings.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and ongoing support.
