About the Role:

  • As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative menus that showcase the rich flavors and traditions of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.
  • You will lead a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
  • With a focus on operational efficiency and quality control, you will oversee kitchen management, including staff training, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the kitchen, preferably as a Head Chef or Sous Chef, with a specialization in Spanish and/or Mediterranean cuisine.
  • A proven track record of managing high-volume kitchen environments, demonstrating culinary expertise and innovation.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, including the ability to nurture talent, foster a creative work environment, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
