Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Cumbria Health. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients with undifferentiated presentations, using your clinical expertise to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and support to other team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with current evidence-based practice and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Significant post-registration experience in a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years in acute or primary care settings.
  • Evidence of autonomous practice, assessing and managing patients with undifferentiated presentations.
  • Leadership skills and experience of working in a team environment.
  • Current NMC registration and 1st Level registration.
  • Independent Non-Medical Prescriber V300 qualification.
  • Evidence of recent Continual Professional Development.
  • ILS Intermediate Life Support certification.
