About the Role

Cumbria Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team in Windermere. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of innovative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients with undifferentiated presentations, using autonomous practice and evidence-based decision making.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, using strong consultation and interpersonal skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical governance, audit, and risk assessment processes.
  • Participate in training and education, promoting lifelong learning and professional development.
Requirements
  • Significant post-registration experience (minimum 3 years) in a relevant field, with evidence of autonomous practice and leadership skills.
  • Current NMC registration, 1st Level registration, and Independent Non-Medical Prescriber V300 qualification.
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
  • Flexible and motivated, with a willingness to undertake further training and teach others.
