Print Sales Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly ambitious and motivated individual with a proven track record in leading teams to sales success to take on the role of Print Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for a large sales budget and will oversee all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage a large sales budget and ensure effective resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in print or print management
  • Current or recent experience as Sales Manager or Sales Director with a minimum responsibility of £10m direct report sales and £1m of personal turnover
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business plans into on-target success
