Sales Management Director

We are seeking a highly ambitious and motivated individual with a proven track record in leading teams to sales success to take on the role of Print Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for a large sales budget and will oversee all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage a large sales budget and ensure effective resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in print or print management
- Current or recent experience as Sales Manager or Sales Director with a minimum responsibility of £10m direct report sales and £1m of personal turnover
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to translate business plans into on-target success
