Early Years Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team at a large Primary school in Lewisham. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the teaching and learning of children in the Nursery and Reception classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons
  • Assist with the supervision and care of children during lessons and activities
  • Help to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development of children's skills and knowledge in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field
  • Experience working in Early Years settings
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
