Exciting Opportunity for an EYFS Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Lewisham. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing high-quality support to teachers and pupils in the Nursery and Reception classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to pupils in the Nursery and Reception classes.
  • Assist with the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
  • Provide individualized support to pupils, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field.
  • Have specific experience working in Early Years settings.
  • Be able to take a holistic and pupil-centered approach to teaching and learning.
