Early Years Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team at a large Primary school in Lewisham. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Nursery and Reception classes, working closely with the teaching staff to provide a high-quality education for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities to students in the Nursery and Reception classes.
  2. Assist with the planning and preparation of educational materials and resources.
  3. Provide individual support to students as needed, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  4. Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  1. A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field.
  2. Experience working in Early Years education, preferably in a Primary school setting.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, teachers, and other staff members.
