We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead Psychologist to join our team at Pennine Care NHS FT. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to our psychological therapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to our psychological therapy services
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective psychological care plans
- Contribute to the development of our clinical delivery model and ensure its alignment with our trust values
- Provide consultation and support to our team members, including medical staff and non-professional groups
- Engage with our service users, their families, and carers to provide high-quality care and support
We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead Psychologist who has:
- Doctorate-level training in clinical or counselling psychology
- Registration with the HCPC as a practitioner psychologist
- Significant experience of working as a qualified psychologist, including experience of working with complex and challenging cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
- A commitment to quality improvement and a desire to contribute to the development of our clinical services
