Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at The Oaks Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Support residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and daily activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Support residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focused on their individual hobbies, preferences, and abilities
- Maintain high standards within the care home environment
- Senior-level duties to support the Home Manager, including staff supervision, appraisals, record-keeping, and liaison with outside professionals
