About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at The Oaks Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and daily activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focused on their individual hobbies, preferences, and abilities
  • Maintain high standards within the care home environment
  • Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure residents' needs are met
