About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Registered Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals. As a Community Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, arranging diagnostic tests as necessary
  • Recognize and respond to deterioration in patient condition, taking appropriate action and escalating concerns as needed
  • Manage emergency situations, displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making skills
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices and maintain NMC Professional Registration

Requirements
  • A car and valid UK driving license
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and current nursing practices
