About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Adult Nurse to join our Integrated Care Teams in Croydon. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of individuals, families, and groups in the community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to individuals and families, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work effectively as part of a nursing team, contributing to the delivery of excellent patient care.
  • Manage caseloads and supervise nursing teams, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse or NMC Register part 1 - Adult.
  • Mentorship for Practice course.
  • Awareness of current issues and developments in community care.
  • Adherence to NMC Code of Conduct.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the principles and benefits of Reflective practice.
