We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Radiology team at Croydon University Hospital.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work across the services of Interventional Radiology and Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy Team to deliver high standards of patient care and quality of service provision.
Key Responsibilities- Provide care and support to patients undergoing Interventional procedures
- Act as a scrub/circulating nurse within the Interventional Lab for numerous procedures, including angioplasty, nephrostomy and embolisation
- Participate in nurse led conscious sedation and possibly an out of hours emergency service
- Registered Nurse Level 1
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Awareness of current developments in nursing
- Radiology nursing experience or a minimum of 6 months recent, continuous experience of nursing care in an acute setting post registration
- Acute healthcare experience
- Flexible to service needs
