This is an exciting opportunity to join Barnardo's as a Children and Young People's Practitioner, working with families and young people in the Rugby District. Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging activities and programs that promote positive social and emotional skills in children.
- Work closely with parents and carers to build strong relationships and provide support and guidance.
- Conduct home visits and community outreach to engage with families and young people.

- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in childcare, youth work, or a related field.

- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and its application in practice.
