We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at OH Talent Solutions. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a key role in the delivery of our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service, working closely with our clients to provide expert clinical advice and support.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake a range of services including complex case management, sickness absence management, health surveillance, pre-employment medicals, and health promotion and wellbeing advice.
- Work independently and autonomously, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Registered Nurse qualification, with a valid NMC pin and no restrictions or conditions.
- Ability to work as an independent and autonomous Occupational Health Advisor, with a high level of autonomy and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Pro-active and motivated individual, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
- Salary: £46,000 per annum.
- 33 days annual leave entitlement, including public holidays.
