Creative Coordinator

Yours Clothing is seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Coordinator. As a key member of our in-house creative team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality imagery for our brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver creative photography to the highest standard, aligned with our brand principles and creative direction.
- Assist in the day-to-day running of our Creative team, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with our creative photographers, videographers, and producers to interpret and deliver multiple creative briefs.
- Source and manage props, materials, and products in a timely manner, ensuring creative deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with the team to evolve the aesthetics of our imagery creatively.
- Contribute to seasonal creative research and brainstorming sessions to drive innovative ideas.
- Support the Creative Manager in production, planning, and booking of photoshoots, including travel, freelancers, and kit.
- Manage creative budgets and expenses, maintaining a keen eye for detail.
- Stay up-to-date with competitors, trends, and social movements to inspire our creative approach.
- A supporting portfolio or website is essential for consideration.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in coordinating and assisting on fashion photoshoots.
- A passion for fashion, with experience in the industry.
- Exemplary attention to detail, high competence in IT systems, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a large creative and studio environment, with a forward-thinking and proactive approach.
- Superior planning, workload management, and organizational capabilities.
- A strong communicator and listener, with a commercial mindset and awareness of retail fashion and lifestyle trends.
