Creative Coordinator

Yours Clothing is seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Coordinator. As a key member of our in-house creative team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality imagery for our brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver creative photography to the highest standard, aligned with our brand principles and creative direction.
- Assist in the day-to-day running of our creative team, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with our creative lead to develop innovative content that inspires our customers and accurately represents our brand tone of voice.
- Source and manage props, materials, and products in a timely manner to meet creative deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with the team to evolve the aesthetics of our imagery creatively.
- Contribute to seasonal creative research and brainstorming sessions to drive new ideas and concepts.
- Support the creative manager in production, planning, and booking of photoshoots, including travel, freelancers, and kit.
- Manage creative budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with competitors, trends, and social movements to inspire new approaches to our content.
- A supporting portfolio or website is essential for consideration.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in coordinating and assisting on fashion photoshoots.
- A passion for fashion and experience in the industry.
- Exemplary attention to detail and high competence in using IT systems.
- Experience working in a large creative and studio environment.
- Forward-thinking, innovative, and proactive approach to projects.
- Superior planning, workload management, and organizational capabilities.
- Highly developed interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Creative flair and knowledge, producing innovative ideas and solutions.
- A strong communicator and listener.
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of retail fashion and lifestyle trends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Flexibility to work at external studios and on location.
- Ability to multitask with a strong eye for detail, working on multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- High energy, proactive individual with a can-do personality.
- Flexible to travel around the UK and abroad.
- Full UK driving license.
