Creative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our in-house team as a Creative Coordinator. As a key member of our creative team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality imagery for our brands, aligned with our creative direction and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver creative photography to the highest quality for our customer, aligned to our brand principles and creative direction.
- Keep up with the ever-changing requirements of a large studio and creative team.
- Take direction from your Creative Lead and interpret and deliver multiple creative briefs a week.
- Ensure all briefs are signed off with Creative Manager and Brand Creative Trend Design Forecaster.
- Source and store props, materials, and products in a timely manner, in line with creative deadlines.
- Communicate effectively within the team to evolve the aesthetics of the imagery creatively.
- Contribute to seasonal creative research for the creative team and projects.
- Collaborate with the wider creative team to brainstorm and contribute ideas for shoots, campaigns, and other business projects.
- Support the Creative Manager in production, planning, and booking of all photoshoots on location and in studio.
- Manage creative budgets and expenses.
- Maintain awareness of competitors, research new trends, and share competitor analysis with the team.
- Responsible for keeping schedules up to date, internally and with freelance and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all other departments.
- A supporting portfolio or website is a must to be considered.
- At least 2-3 years of coordinating and assisting on fashion photoshoots.
- A passion for fashion with experience in the industry.
- Exemplary attention to detail.
- High competence using IT systems.
- Experience working within a large creative and studio environment.
- Forward thinking, innovative, and proactive in approach to all projects.
- Superior planning, workload management, and organisational capabilities.
- Highly developed interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Creative flair and knowledge, producing innovative ideas and solutions.
- A strong communicator and listener.
- Commercially minded and aware of retail fashion and lifestyle trends.
- Comfortable with a highly pressured and rapidly changing environment.
- Flexibility to work at external studios and on location.
- Ability to multi-task with a strong eye for detail, working on multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- High energy, proactive individual with a can-do personality.
- Flexible to travel around the UK and abroad.
- Full UK driving license.
