Job Description:
  • Liaise with tenants to address repair concerns and manage engineers' diaries.
  • Provide support to service users, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work in contact centres or service departments, handling customer complaints and transactions while demonstrating professionalism.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues and team members to resolve complex issues and share expertise to enhance services.
We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately £42,000 per annum, considering the location and job responsibilities.
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this role is between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
