About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Property Manager to join our team at Robert Manning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our residential property portfolio and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of increasing or developing a portfolio and finding new business opportunities. You will also possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including administration and liaison with clients
  • Help generate new business through marketing activities and networking
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and landlords to ensure smooth tenancy management
  • Liaise with contractors and handle maintenance issues, rent collections, and other property-related tasks
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property management, with a focus on portfolio development and growth
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to work independently
  • Confident and responsible, with a customer-focused approach
What We Offer:
  • An estimated salary range of £35,000-£45,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Commission for each new property taken on, with an OTE of up to £45,000 in the first year
  • A generous holiday allowance, starting at 23 days and increasing to 30 days based on length of service
