About the Role
As a Graduate Humanities Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students in their academic progress, particularly in humanities subjects such as History and Geography.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic support to students in humanities subjects
- Assist in the development and implementation of lesson plans
- Support the teacher in the classroom, including leading small groups and one-to-one sessions
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in History, Geography, or another humanities subject from a Top 30 university
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities and backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills
