Financial Operations Coordinator

About Agility Resourcing:
- Our client is a leading manufacturer of advanced materials, with a rich history dating back to the cotton weaving industry.
This role is responsible for managing the financial activities of one of the businesses within the group, including purchase ledger, credit control, cash books and day-to-day financial duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter purchase invoices onto SYSPRO via the purchase order processing system, ensuring accurate coding and authorization.
- Reconcile supplier accounts to supplier statements, investigating and correcting any discrepancies.
- Set up and maintain supplier accounts on SYSPRO, as well as run sales invoices and credit notes.
- Manage new customer account applications and set up and maintain customer accounts on SYSPRO.
- Maintain and monitor credit insurance limits to ensure all balances are insured.
- Post cash book entries for all bank accounts and reconcile bank accounts to cash books.
What You'll Need:
- Experience in running purchase and sales ledgers, with proficiency in credit control procedures.
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
